KCBC JANIAK MANIAC PILSNER

5.5% ABV
Kings County Brewers Collective
Brooklyn

Czech Pilsner (SvÄ›tlý). Our landlord, Gary Janiak, grew up in Bushwick and remembers hitching a ride on the back of the Rheingold Brewery yeast truck. He also remembers when pretty much everyone in Bushwick carried a gun. This is his nickname. This is his beer.

KCBC is a trio of experienced brewers who have joined forces to bring their shared vision of quality, variety and community to craft beer drinkers throughout New York City and beyond.

BROOKLYN CIDER HOUSE HALF SOUR

5.8% ABV
Brooklyn Cider House
Brooklyn

Half Sour, named “Best New York Craft Cider” and winner of double gold medals in the 2016 New York Wine & Food Classic competition, is Brooklyn Cider House's most thought-provoking cider. Half Sour begins with aromas of wild flowers and honey, followed by a wave of citrus and pickled pear. This lightly carbonated, off-dry cider is edgy and refreshing, providing endless possibilities for pairings. Half Sour undergoes a third fermentation, which we stop midway to introduce those sour notes that tickle your tongue.arty.
