KCBC JANIAK MANIAC PILSNER

5.5% ABV
Kings County Brewers Collective
Brooklyn

Czech Pilsner (SvÄ›tlý). Our landlord, Gary Janiak, grew up in Bushwick and remembers hitching a ride on the back of the Rheingold Brewery yeast truck. He also remembers when pretty much everyone in Bushwick carried a gun. This is his nickname. This is his beer.

KCBC is a trio of experienced brewers who have joined forces to bring their shared vision of quality, variety and community to craft beer drinkers throughout New York City and beyond.

BROOKLYN CIDER HOUSE KINDA DRY

5.5% ABV
Brooklyn Cider House
Brooklyn

Kinda Dry transports you to an orchard on a crisp, fall day. Fresh tart apples greet you, waking the palate up. But give it a second and it transforms into a friendly finish that is an ideal picnic companion. Like your favorite jeans, Kinda Dry is ready for anything.

All of Brooklyn Cider House's ciders are born out of traditions from Spain, France, and America. They are made as naturally as possible from apples hand-picked in upstate New York. Apples are simply crushed and their juice left to ferment the same way the traditionalists do it in Europe, and the way it used to be done in Brooklyn before the Temperance Movement ended the party.
